Web Pentesting Team Lead / Manager

As our Web Pentesting Team Lead, you won't just scan for bugs—you'll help shape the future of Iceberg North. You'll guide other talented hackers, collaborate on real-world engagements, and help create a strong, positive community of cybersecurity professionals.
🧠 What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and organizing a team of web application pentesters
- Planning and executing vulnerability assessments and security audits
- Working with tools like Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, and others to find and document issues
- Helping newer pentesters grow by sharing knowledge and offering guidance
- Preparing structured, clear vulnerability reports with PoCs
- Staying current on the latest exploits, vulnerabilities, and CVEs

For this lead/manager role, you must have strong communication skills. We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, outgoing, and easy to talk to
- Comfortable leading team meetings and giving feedback
- Able to explain complex concepts in a simple way

💰 Compensation & The Future
Right now, Iceberg North is just taking off, so:
- No upfront salary (yet) — this is ideal as a side project or hobby
- You will get paid per-project once we start client engagements
- You'll be guaranteed a full-time, paid position as we grow
- You'll help decide how we structure future teams, processes, and company culture
