We're now looking for our very first Sales & Business Development Partner—someone who's excited to represent us, build relationships, and help bring in meaningful cybersecurity projects.

This isn't a boring sales job. It's a chance to co-create a startup, build a reputation in the tech industry, and grow into a long-term leadership role as Iceberg North scales.

🤝 What You'll Be Doing

  • Connecting with startups, companies, and dev teams that need cybersecurity services
  • Helping translate our technical skills into business value for potential clients
  • Creating proposals, crafting client presentations, and responding to inbound inquiries
  • Building partnerships and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Working closely with the pentesting team to understand and communicate service capabilities
  • Helping shape our brand presence and marketing strategy (online and offline)
  • Managing our CRM (or setting one up!) and keeping things organized

🎯 Ideal Traits

We're looking for someone who's:

  • Friendly and outgoing — a natural people person
  • Strong communicator — can explain things simply and clearly
  • Persuasive but honest — you know how to sell without overpromising
  • Eager to grow — you're hungry to learn, improve, and build something meaningful
  • Creative — you think outside the box when it comes to outreach or campaigns
  • Comfortable using platforms like LinkedIn, email, Discord, Slack, Zoom, Notion, etc.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with cybersecurity, SaaS, or tech startups (not required)

💰 Compensation & Opportunity

Just like our technical team, we're building this from the ground up. So:

  • No base salary (yet) — this is a part-time, early-stage position
  • You'll earn a generous percentage of each deal or project you help close
  • As we grow, you'll have a guaranteed full-time paid role with benefits and equity opportunities
  • You'll help shape our sales processes, brand, and business strategy from day one

This is not a commission-only cold-calling gig—it's an opportunity to become part of the core founding team.
